Our company is a national high-tech enterprise. Through the relentless efforts of our entire team in recent years, we have earned numerous accolades, including "Zhejiang Manufacturing," "World Quality," "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative," as well as recognition as a Leading Industrial Enterprise in Wenzhou, a High-Growth Industrial Enterprise, a Zhejiang Provincial Technology-Based SME, a Wenzhou Municipal Technology (Innovation) Enterprise, and a Key Enterprise in Ouhai Economic Development Zone.
With the strong support of the Wenzhou Ouhai District Government, we acquired a 15-acre industrial land plot in July this year. The site is located in the Sanxi Subdistrict Industrial Zone (Plot 2-1g), the most crucial industrial development area in Ouhai District. The location offers convenient transportation and a beautiful environment. Construction commenced in September this year, with completion scheduled by the end of 2026.
The factory has a total construction area of 26,819.16 m², including a production workshop of 24,352.2 m² and an office building of 2,466.96 m². The facility includes 105 parking spaces and features an intelligent warehouse, automated equipment, a premium exhibition hall, and integrated digital management. With a total planned investment of 120 million RMB, the project is expected to increase production capacity by more than three times upon completion, achieving an annual output value exceeding 180 million RMB.
